 Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change! To ensure a smooth experience for all attendees, we have established the following refund guidelines for cancellation:

Before March 30: All ticket holders can cancel and receive a full refund minus credit card service fee (between 2.9% and 4.3%).

On or After March 30: Cancellations will be processed with the following fees deducted from the original purchase price:

• 1-Day Pass Holders: Refund minus a $40 cancellation fee.
• VIP Weekend Pass Holders: Refund minus a $200 cancellation fee.

After April  27: No refunds will be issued for cancellation.

How to Request a Refund: Please email your order number and full name to amyjohnston@liminalspacellc.com. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5 business days.

Ticket Transfers (Substitutions)

If you cannot attend but would like to send someone in your place:

• Transfer Window: You may transfer your ticket to a friend or colleague at any time until April 29.
• Process: To initiate a transfer, please email amyjohnston@liminalspacellc.com with the new attendee’s full name and email. Reference your order number and full name.
• Important: Once a ticket is transferred and accepted, the original ticket is voided and cannot be used.

Event Subject to Change of Date/Venue

Kinder Space reserves the right to move the event date and venue, subject to minimum attendance requirement being met prior to March 28.

• All participants will be notified via email in the event that there is a change of dates and venue.
• All tickets to the May 1-3 event will be refunded or transferred to the new event if preferred.

Disclaimer

• It is the responsibility of the participant to cancel all travel arrangements. No refunds will be issued in association with travel expenses.
• Note that Treasure Mountain Inn allows free cancellation of rooms until March 30 for this event.
• Note that it is not advisable to purchase a non-changeable airline ticket until after March 28.
