She serves as the Board Vice President for Repertory Dance Theatre (RDT), the nation’s pioneering modern dance repertory company committed to modern dance’s creation, performance, perpetuation, and appreciation. In addition, Lindsay has taken on prominent roles within the HR community, including serving as the Programming Director for the Salt Lake chapter of SHRM (SLSHRM), the Certification Director for Utah SHRM, and co-chairing SLSHRM’s inaugural talent acquisition conference.
Lindsay’s academic journey began with a bachelor’s degree in Women’s Studies from the University of Utah, igniting her passion for understanding diverse perspectives and individual experiences.
